summer morning meditation and hike

6:30am- planning for 4-5 hours total.
Where: Meet at Issaquah’s Poo Poo point trailhead
What: Hike + guided meditation followed by light trail-friendly breakfast at the top
Max students: 15
Price: $35 pp

trail- friendly breakfast packs for each person to collect at the trailhead. They will be responsible for carrying it up to the top and can choose to eat up there or later.
