Prepare for Hot Yoga class!
Follow these tips for the ultimate Hot Yoga experience:
- Come on an empty stomach!
- Come hydrated. Lots of water!
- Wear comfortable, fitted clothing.
- Bring water, yoga mat, large towel and hand towel.
- Arrive 15 minutes before class to get signed up!
- Late arrival/early dismissal not allowed.
- Personal belongings are asked to be left in your car or our cubbies!
